Fitness classes with Kazen Kai


As well as Martial Arts, we also offer a variety of fitness classes at Kazen Kai including:


Kazen Kai Circuit Class

Classes run at Brentwood Dojo
Sundays, 8:00am - 8:45am

Combining karate and kick boxing moves with intense drills to create the ultimate body workout. Improve your fitness for a competition or for a healthier lifestyle. Learn new moves and techniques for an enhanced workout. Join the challenge for a better you.



Fitness with Helen

Classes run at the Brentwood Dojo
Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays 10:30am - 11:30am

Combining moves from Karate and Kick Boxing in effective combinations to produce an enjoyable and effective aerobic workout using core exercises to help tone muscle and gentle stretching routines to help improve your flexibility.
Please note that Fitness with Helen classes are not included in the monthly training fees plan or the First session free offer. Please pay for the individual sessions (£6 per student per class) at reception.



Fitness with Emma

Classes run at the Brentwood Dojo
Sundays, 9:00am - 9:45am

Ideal for those with little to no experience. A social low impact fitness class to help you regain your body confidence. Join like-minded people on their journey to get more active at their own pace.



Low Impact Fitness for the Elderly (LIFE) with Emma

Classes run at Brentwood Dojo
Thursdays, 1:15pm - 2:00pm

Improve your overall mobility and flexibility through gentle stetches and exercises.
