Established in 2001, Kazen Kai prides itself in excellent teaching of traditional Martial Arts (Karate, Kick Boxing and Taekwondo), Self-Defence and Fitness classes for all ages and abilities.

We have four full time centres in Essex, and many other satellite clubs across Essex, Kent, North East England and Jersey.
